Tina, our dedicated manager at B12 LOVE’s Novato location, has been an essential part of our team for over five years. With her background as a pharmacy technician and Naturopathic Medical Assistant, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every client interaction. Tina is passionate about sharing her wellness journey, including how Tina’s favorite B12 LOVE product — Liquid D3 with K2— supports her energy and mood.

Why did you want to work at B12 LOVE?
“I wanted to join B12 LOVE because of my personal experience with B12 injections—it truly changed my life. At 44, while juggling college, recovering from cancer, and managing autoimmune and gut health challenges, I began B12 injections. After just a month, I felt like a completely different person. The providers at each location were so knowledgeable and compassionate, I knew I wanted to be part of the team.”
Why do you LOVE working at B12 LOVE?
“I LOVE working at B12 LOVE because we help people. I see how clients light up with renewed energy, hope, and a fresh spirit after receiving our services. That’s what keeps me passionate about what I do.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I LOVE spending time with my 26-year-old son and 21-year-old daughter! I recently adopted two kittens, and they keep me busy!”
How have B12 LOVE services and products improved your hobbies?
“With more energy now, I can attend my children’s events, walk my grand pups, and explore their new homes in Walnut Creek and Campbell. I’ve been able to try new cuisines and activities with them, which has been a joy.”

If someone is new to B12 LOVE, what would you recommend?
“Try us once a week for a month! If you take a two-week break and don’t feel a difference, that’s okay—but I doubt that’ll happen.”
What is your favorite Luxe Service?
“My favorite Luxe Service is a little Jeaveau. I recently attended my brother’s wedding, and everyone asked me what I’ve been doing to my skin—they said I looked younger! I wasn’t the bride, but it made my day!”

“I was a client for a year before I started working for B12 LOVE. I always tell clients how I tried to take a two-week break from my weekly visits, but I came back after one week—it was life-changing!”
