Meet Dr. Tara – Naturopathic Doctor, B12 LOVE Director of Education, and all around superstar. She grew up in Delaware, attended college in New York, then moved to the Bay Area soon after graduating. After a stint in Seattle for naturopathic medical school, Dr. Tara returned to the East Bay in 1999 and has been practicing Naturopathic Medicine in California ever since. With her comprehensive knowledge and experience, Dr. Tara is a treasure to B12 LOVE. She is valued for her expertise, exemplary leadership, and ability to make everyone feel heard. She is truly a gem to the company and the community.
What is your area of expertise/specialty?
“My private practice currently focuses more on women’s health, but I really consider myself a family practice doctor and I work with all adults and children.”

“I LOVE how we have expanded our offering beyond injections and IV nutrients to offer Naturopathic Care to a larger community.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I LOVE to spend time outdoors with my family hiking and camping, seeing and playing music, and dancing!”
