Each month your Club Membership dues pay for your included services at a discounted rate and allow you access to exclusive benefits, events, and more. There’s no fee to start or to cancel your Membership.

You select the club membership that best fits your health and wellness needs. Once you join, you receive a set amount of services per month along with a discount on additional services. Your dues are charged monthly.

No. The B12 LOVE Club only requires an initial three-month commitment to get started and then afterward the terms are month-to-month and risk-free.

The B12 LOVE Members Rewards Program is our new, exclusive loyalty system for B12 LOVE Club Members. It’s our way of celebrating and rewarding your dedication and support. With this program, each purchase you make earns points towards fantastic points redeemable for discounts on future visits.

Earning points is simple!

• Purchase a Membership: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent each month
• Welcome Bonus for New Members: New members receive a one-time bonus of 25 points
• Purchase a Service: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent.
• Online Appointment Booking: Earn a flat rate of 5 points for each service booked online.
• Rebooking a Service: Earn a flat rate of 5 points when you rebook your service at the end of your appointment
• Purchase a Product: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent
• Purchase a Package: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent
• Purchase a Gift Card: Earn 2 points for every dollar spent
• Referring Friends or Family: Earn 100 points
• Referral Purchases a Membership: The referring member earns 500 points
• Referral Purchases a Package: The referring member earns 250 points

You can start redeeming your points once you reach 250 points. This milestone unlocks your ability to use points for rewards on your next visit.

Points can be used towards services, products, or packages. Points may not be redeemed for gift cards.

Points expire after 365 days and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or credit.

Log into your B12 LOVE mobile app to view and track your points. Once logged in, scroll through the icon bar and select “Loyalty”. Here, you can see your points balance and track your progress towards rewards.

Combining points with other offers or discounts depends on the specific terms of those offers. Please check the details of each offer or consult with our staff for more information. Your points are stackable with your members’ discount on additional core services, Luxe Services, and retail items. Points may not be redeemed for gift cards. 

Joining is easy! If you’re a B12 LOVE Club Member, you’re automatically enrolled in the Members Rewards Program. If you’re not yet a member, you can sign up in our stores or through the B12 LOVE mobile app.
